Your site's style can be updated or changed whenever you feel the need for a new look. Schools-Online will update the style for you without affecting your content.
Our Multiple Users feature enables schools to create separate login accounts for staff, governors or even parents and pupil groups.

Managing Users and Group Permissions
Multi Academy Trusts or smaller groups of schools can easily host content on the main Trust site and then share that content with selected Academy websites.
An example of this would be to share common policy documents from the Trust site directly to the policy page on their schools' websites. This feature saves an enormous amount of time and duplication. Content can easily be removed from all or specific sites if needed.
Sharing content can be unlimited and allows policies, newsletters and other content to be quickly kept up to date across all schools. This also means that the site visitor does not need to go to the Trust site to see the content relevant to the school.

Our E-News feature allows parents to subscribe to updates from your website.
For example, parents could subscribe to receive a school newsletter, the newsletter page can then be emailed to parents who have subscribed to receive the Newsletter.
Another example could be the Year 1 class teacher updating the weekly spelling list, which can then be sent to all parents that have subscribed to the Year 1 group.
Parents can select to subscribe to single or multiple groups, change preferences, and opt out at any time.
We have created a free gallery of images to use on your school website. Schools can openly request new graphics they need and these will be added to the gallery the same day. Many of these graphics are automatically coloured to match the schools branding. We also have a large and growing collection of interactive website buttons, which include the website URL already inside the button to save you time.

Schools can manage a single or multiple calendars using our easy to use built-in system. Once a school has populated the calendar, the dates can be shown on the homepage or use the Calendar Widget to display a calendar wherever you want. If the school already has the dates in another system, you can use our import feature to save time entering dates manually. Some of the features included are listed below.

The purpose of our Noticeboard widget is to provide visitors with a quick link to content inside your website without the need to navigate through the menus. You don't directly edit the noticeboard widget, but push sections to it. The content you add is then presented as a card with an image, heading, body text and a button. Noticeboards also have a large range of background images available or you may choose to use your aschool colours.
Monitor visits to your website without the need for Cookies (eliminating annoying Cookie warnings). Schools-Online offers you the most insightful website statistics. It is easy to use and understand without training or prior experience. Everything you need to know about your website traffic is on one page.
- All administrators are emailed a monthly or weekly report.
- Multiple people can be sent the report if required.
- Login to the Schools-Online Editor to see your live stats.
Visitor Stats
- An initial training session with Pete is normally booked in as soon as a member of staff is available.
- We use join.me to share our screen with the school and we call you by phone on the day of the training.
- Sessions are kept short and cover the very basics to get you editing the site.
- Follow up sessions are available as and when schools need them.
- All schools receive unlimited training and support for everyone who needs to use the editor.
- Onsite training session for Staff Meetings can be arranged based on location and availability and may incur a cost depending on location.
- Schools can email or call the office as often as needed and will always receive a quick response.
