As your website evolves, you may want to archive some of your school's website pages for reusing or repurposing at a later date.

For example, you may have a page detailing your curriculum for the Autumn term. As this page may not change in too much detail from year to year, you may want to archive it during the Spring and Summer terms so that you can reuse it the following autumn, to save you time from having to type the same information.

• Create a menu item
• Double click on the menu to edit it.
• Call the new menu Archives and uncheck the 'Visible' option. By default the menu will change to red text
• Drag any pages that you would like to archive onto this menu.
• When you want to reuse the page, simply drag it to its new location.
