Multiple Users

Our Multiple Users feature enables schools to create separate login accounts for staff, governors or even parents and pupils. With our easy to use administration tools, you can create new users or manage existing users and have full control over which areas and pages users can see and edit. Assign publishing roles to users or groups to allow them to publish directly to the internet or request approval from an administrator.

Users

Create individual user accounts for your staff and assign roles to allow publishing and editing for all or specific areas of the school website.

Groups

Easily assign and manage permissions for groups of Staff, Admin, Parents, Governors or even Pupils.

Edit and Publish

You have full control over which users or groups can publish their content directly to the internet. Users who do not have direct publishing rights will submit their pages for approval by an assigned admin.

Alternatively call our office on 01472 813327 and we will activate the feature on your account. The multiple users administration tools are very simple and easy to use and we will provide training over the phone or if you prefer to use our step-by-step tutorials you can have a go yourself.
