E-News Subscriptions
Our E-News feature allows parents to subscribe to updates from your website.
For example, parents could subscribe to receive the school newsletter, the newsletter page can then be emailed to parents who have subscribed to this Group. Another example could be the Year 1 class teacher updating the weekly spelling list, which can then be sent to all parents that have subscribed to the Year 1 group.
Parents can select to subscribe to single or multiple groups, change preferences, and opt out at any time.
Create Your Groups
First create the groups parents will subscribe to, you could simply create one for school newsletters or specific groups for each class.
Contact Parents
Contact parents to let them know they can now subscribe. Simply email all or groups of parents your unique e-news link or alternatively we can add a promotional banner to your website to allow parents to sign up.

Email Your Pages
Once parents have signed up to your groups you can start to send out regular updates using the Schools-Online editor.

You can now take control of your subscription to our school news.
We regularly email newsletters and occasional bulletins at other times. Teachers also send class specific newsletters to subscribers. Any members of your family can receive our news and you can change your subscription whenever you want.
